This fixture is 50% more efficient than fluorescent and 80% more efficient than incandescent lighting. With a 50,000 hour life span, you are looking at over 20 years of life. There is no poisonous Mercury to deal with. So you'll not have to worry if a bulb breaks or cracks. And there are no special recycling issues either. Not only is each bulb saving you hundreds of dollars in electrical savings, but commercial areas will save even more money due to the non existent maintenance needed for this bulb.

Available in two color temperatures- warm white (2700K) and cool white (3500K). Warm white gives more of an incandescent/ warm color. It is best used for virtually all residential and commercial applications. Use the cool white if you have a specific needs for a more neutral color temperature (such as display lighting). Notice that you cannot see the individual LED elements.

Two socket types available- standard and GU 24. Use the standard socket to replace existing bulbs or if new building regulations do not require special sockets. If a non standard socket is required (as in California Title 24), order the bulb with a GU 24 base. A GU 24 socket will be included with the shipment.
